Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

THE DEPOSIT IS IN NO WAY AND FOR NO REASON REFUNDABLE.

• We only accept cash payments as the connection for electronic payments is unstable and unreliable
• At the time of booking we retain a deposit of €40 per person (+€1 for payment fees).
• It is possible to change the name or date (based on the availability of the refuge), if there is no availability the deposit will not be refunded.
• If the booking was made by a group of more people (for example 10 people) and only 8 will reach the refuge, the deposit given by the 2 people who were unable to participate will be lost and not returned or reused.
• We absolutely abstain in the event of "catastrophes" due to third parties, such as weather, things or people, the deposit will not be returned (not even in the event of snow or road closure).
• the sums paid constitute a "confirmatory deposit pursuant to art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

DIE ANZAHLUNG WIRD IN KEINER WEISE ODER AUS IRGENDEINEM GRUND ZURÜCKERSTATTET.

• Wir akzeptieren nur Barzahlungen, da die Verbindung für elektronische Zahlungen instabil und unzuverlässig ist
• Bei der Buchung behalten wir eine Anzahlung von 40 € pro Person (+1 € für Zahlungsprovisionen) ein.
• Es ist möglich, einen Namen oder ein Datum zu ändern (je nach Verfügbarkeit der Hütte). Bei Nichtverfügbarkeit wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet.
• Wenn die Buchung für eine Gruppe von mehreren Personen erfolgt ist (z. B. 10 Personen) und nur 8 von ihnen die Schutzhütte erreichen, geht die von den 2 Personen, die nicht teilnehmen konnten, geleistete Anzahlung verloren und wird nicht zurückerstattet oder wiederverwendet.
• Bei „Katastrophen“ durch Dritte wie Wetter, Dinge oder Personen verzichten wir unbedingt darauf, die Kaution wird in keinem Fall zurückerstattet (auch nicht bei Schnee oder Straßensperrungen).
• Die gezahlten Beträge stellen eine „bestätigende Anzahlung gemäß Art. 1385 des italienischen Zivilgesetzbuches“ dar.
